Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our team. As a seasoned developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying innovative automation solutions for Amazon sellers. Your expertise will help us expand our product offerings, improve existing solutions, and maintain our position as a market leader.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, efficient, and reliable software solutions for automating ecommerce operations tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and maintain expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Amazon Marketplace Web Service (MWS), and other relevant ecommerce platforms and APIs
- Implement automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure high-quality software releases
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design principles
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor landscape to inform product development and strategy
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on ecommerce industry tools and solutions
- Proven track record of developing automation solutions for Amazon sellers or similar ecommerce platforms
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C#
- Experience with AWS, MWS, and other relevant ecommerce platforms and APIs
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Nice to Have:
- Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and serverless computing (AWS Lambda)
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Knowledge of data analytics, machine learning, or artificial intelligence
- Experience with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI
